Omar Al Mannai, Vice-Chairman, Organising Committee Longines Hathab poses with the riders at the presentation of the Medium Tour class during the 13th and penultimate round of the Qatar Equestrian Tour — Longines Hathab at the Al Shaqab Outdoor Arena on Thursday night.
Rashid Towaim Al Marri and his nine-year-old mare Navaronne were fastest in the jump-off in a time of 41.83secs in the Medium Tour class. Mohamed Khalifa Al Baker came second with Verona in 42.86 while Cyrine Cherif completed the podium with Brennus Villelongue in 43.05.
The Medium Tour team class was won by ExxonMobil, with Al Marri, Cherif and Saeed Nasser Al Qadi representing the side. The Small Tour class was won by Mohamed Dhafi Al Marri with Sandro Girl in 51.80secs. Mohamed Jabor Al Naimi, astride Naville Z, finished second in 53.64 while Mohamed Khalifa Al Baker was third in 54.78 with Jumbo.
