The participants at the annual technical seminar hosted by NBK Heavy Equipment and MTU Onsite Energy in Doha, recently.
Nasser Bin Khaled (NBK) Heavy Equipment, a subsidiary of NBK Group, in partnership with MTU Onsite Energy, a brand of Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Germany, hosted an annual technical seminar in Doha recently to exchange insights between manufacturers and customers. The event also further enhanced the mutual collaboration of the two companies where officials also planned for the next phases of their business.
With the support of Sheikh Khaled Bin Nawaf Al Thani to strengthen the reach and approach of the MTU brand in Qatar, the seminar was mentored by MTU Onsite Energy experts, and attended by NBK Heavy Equipment management and staff, consultants, and key customers.
The annual seminar is a technical event conducted by experts from MTU factory in Germany to reflect on the advantages and the strongholds in the industry. The seminar will give NBK Heavy Equipment the competitive edge if the specifications for the project is built based on the technical criteria.
The event was also an opportunity for NBK Heavy Equipment to be enlisted and qualified for the “Approved Vendor List “ for projects with all the contractors. Further, the seminar also provided an opportunity for the MTU representatives to get updated and fresh insights from the Qatari market to come up with solutions that specifically cater to the region.

The seminar also discussed four main topics including Design Criteria, Installation Recommendation, Benefits of MTU and Future Innovations and Developments.
