The participants in the conference, which was attended by HE Director of the Government Communication Office Sheikh Saif bin Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani, stressed that the siege imposed on the State of Qatar led to a humanitarian crisis that has torn families.
A number of speakers at the conference, Bridges and Solutions in the Middle East, suggested that France can help a reconciliation process with the help of the European Union to resolve the Gulf crisis.
The conference was attended by more than 100 eminent personalities, including France's envoy to the Gulf Cooperation Council Bertrand Besancenot, and a number of politicians and civil society representatives.
