Doha: Ahlibank, a leading Qatari-owned financial institution, has been named the winner of the Global Banking & Finance Review Awards 2019 for “Fastest Growing Treasury Bank Qatar 2019”.
The Global Banking & Finance Review Awards, honour companies that stand out in particular areas of expertise in the banking and finance industry and the awards are based on innovation, achievement and excellence that contestants have brought to the marketplace.
Ahlibank was also awarded “Excellence in Loans” by the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB) during the Arab Banks Awards & Commendations of Excellence 2019 award ceremony.
Mahmoud Malkawi, Ahlibank’s Acting CEO said: “We are proud to receive the prestigious “Fastest Growing Treasury Bank Qatar 2019” award from Global Banking & Finance Review, Winning the “Excellence in Loans” award by the WUAB & Recently Ahlibank won “Best Bank in Asset Quality” award in Qatar at the Age Banking Summit end of 2018 awards ceremony.
