Doha: Speaker of the Shura Council H E Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim sent yesterday a cable of congratulations to   Speaker of the Federal National Council  (FNC) of the United Arab Emirates H E Saqr Ghobash, on the occasion of the election of H H Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as President of the United Arab Emirates.
