Doha: A delegation of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) will participate in the 73rd FIFA Congress on Thursday in Kigali, Rwanda.
QFA Executive Committee member Hani Talib Ballan chairs the QFA delegation, which includes Secretary-General Mansour Mohammed Al Ansari and Head of International Relations Department Mohammed Fakhro.
The congress will discuss the topics on the agenda, particularly electing the FIFA President for 2023-2027. It will review the proposals submitted by the member associations and the FIFA Council during the period stipulated in Article 28 Paragraph 1 of the FIFA statutes.
