Temperature to rise significantly in Qatar from tomorrow

Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said that Qatar will see significant rise in temperatures from tomorrow until the weekend. 

QMD said on its Twitter account that the minimum temperature during this period will range between 17 degree Celsius to 23 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature will hover between 24 degree Celsius to 41 degree Celsius. 

QMD further said that the rise in temperature is due to the deepening of low pressure on the surface, which leads to the wind shifting to the Southerly direction.

Last weekend saw strong winds and dust storms in many parts along with hightide at some coasts.
