Minister of Economy and Commerce H E Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani met in Doha yesterday with the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea, Peter O’Neill, and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, they reviewed the relations between the State of Qatar and Papua New Guinea, and discussed aspects of joint cooperation, especially in the economic, trade and investment fields, and means of developing them.
The Papua New Guinea Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi.
