Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, received a telephone call from HE Dr. Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the call, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, and discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
Both sides emphasized the importance of intensifying regional and international efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region through dialogue and peaceful means, in order to consolidate regional security.
