Qatar records this winter’s lowest temperature at Abu Samra

Doha: Abu Samra recorded the lowest temperature of this winter till now.

The border town of Qatar touched 4 degrees Celsius, Meteorology Department informed on its social media. 

The weather department in its report yesterday had said that the country will witness a cold spell with the temperature dropping to as low as 8 degree Celsius this weekend.

Prior to this, in February 2017, Abu Samra has recorded Qatar's lowest temperature in history at 1.5 degrees Celsius.
