Tashkent:  The Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) and the Modern Penthalon Federation of Uzbekistan (MPFU), have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to take the sport to the next level.

QEF Secretary General Badr Mohammed Al Darwish signed the pact with MPFU President Bakromjon Gaziev on the sidelines of the General Assembly of Asian Equestrian Federation (AEF) which concluded in Tashkent yesterday.

The development will see both the countries enhancing cooperation to promote the sport. Both the countries have also agreed to play their roles in promoting equestrian in Asia.

Meanwhile, Doha was announced as host for the AEF General Assembly next year in Tashkent. The previous assembly was held in Tehran.
