Doha: Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced that the pre-registration requirement on Ehteraz website will be optional.
In a tweet MoPH announced that registration has become optional for citizens and residents on the registration platform (Ehteraz) for those coming to the country, while registration and obtaining prior approval is mandatory for visitors.

"To ease the precautionary measures previously announced for those entering Qatar, MOPH announced that registration on Ehteraz Platform is now optional for citizens and residents, while registration and obtaining prior approval remains mandatory for visitors," MoPH tweeted.

Earlier it was made mandatory for ever travellers entering Qatar.
