DOHA: Doha Bank recently hosted its Employee Recognition Award ceremony for the month of March 2018. The monthly event acknowledges the outstanding achievements of the Bank’s staff members from various departments and disciplines, who are identified based on their performance, and contribution towards the organisation.
This month’s ceremony saw 14 awards being given to Doha Bank staff members.
The team awards for ‘Best Department’ and ‘Best Branch’ went to Credit Risk Evaluation team and Doha Festival City Branch respectively, while, Main Branch bagged the ‘Best Branch – Retail Liabilities’ award.
The ‘Best Cross Functional Team’ award was given to the QETF project team comprising of Dharnendra Kothari, Hesham Kalla, Suhas Rogiye, Dheeraj Ahluwalia, Hany El Shafei and Jacob Dermelkonian.
