Doha: Ashghal will close Dafna Street for six months in both directions between its intersection with Omar Al Mukhtar St and its intersection with Balhambar Street for Street development works.
Dafna Street will also be closed in one direction from its intersection with Balhambar Street to Al Dafna Intersection. Access to embassies on both sides will stay open, Ashghal said in a tweet.
The closure starts on Friday, April 16 and will be in place for 6 months. Omar Al Mukhtar Street, Al Tawaweesh Street and Balhambar Street can be used as alternative roads.
The closure aims to allow for Dafna Street development works, part of the Roads & Parks Development Project in West Bay.
