United Development Company (UDC), master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, has launched a number of services within the framework of its integrated strategy to improve its offering and provide residents with effortless and time-saving access to services in close proximity to their area of residence or business.
Single window services ‘Khadamati’ were launched to facilitate the processing of selected transactions for investors, retailers and residents of the island including the facilitation of passport and immigration-related services, traffic department paperwork, company registration and licensing, medical institution licensing and medical commission services.
Other support services include security surveillance system approval for retail stores, civil defense services, legal document authentication, tourism licenses, embassy services, customs clearance, Kahramaa services, translation, household employment services, driving licence services, foreign labor recruitment as well as educational centers and nurseries licensing among many other services.
UDC has also recently launched a free luxury limousine service available to The Pearl-Qatar’s residents and visitors, who can call 800-6222 to request a driver between 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.
The introduction of added value services reflects UDC’s continued commitment to providing smart services to the island’s residents.
Earlier this year, the company, in cooperation with Ooredoo, launched a free Wi-Fi service to enable residents, visitors and shoppers to enjoy a unique internet experience.
The company also released a new version of its mobile application, enabling users to access a range of digital and CRM services available within the island, through smartphone devices running on Android and iOS operating systems
