DOHA: Commercial Bank yesterday announced the launch of “CB Muwaten” to reward its Qatari customers. Through this package, Commercial Bank customers, who are Qatari nationals, can access a range of exclusive benefits.
“We are delighted to introduce this incredible offer, which directly rewards customers that credit their monthly salary to us, with a range of preferential benefits that match their lifestyle”, said Amit Sah, EGM and Head of Retail Banking.
When choosing to credit their monthly salary to their Commercial Bank account, eligible customers can select up to six rewards that over a three year period will increasingly demonstrate our appreciation of their loyalty and allow them to benefit from tangible and meaningful rewards. One reward after the first 12 months and then two can be chosen in year two and three rewards in the third year.
There are four packages to choose from. The first package, The Falcon package, rewards customers who like to use their CB account and cards to purchase flight tickets and holiday packages. They can choose a reimbursed holiday purchase! The Dallah package rewards customers when they pay their Ooredoo or Vodafone bill via the Internet or Mobile Banking. In this package, they are refunded the annual cost of their cellular bill. The Dhow package entitles customers to receive an annual premium refund when they pay for their QIC Motor Insurance policy using their CB account or cards and the fourth and final package is The Midkhan Package, where customers earn points for cash when using their CB Credit Card.
