Doha, Qatar: On the evening of May 27 2025, the atmosphere at Edison Global Academy – Lusail was filled with pride, joy, and celebration as the school hosted the Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony from 6pm to 8pm in the academy’s grand theatre.
The unforgettable event was not just a celebration of academic milestones, but a heartfelt tribute to the dedication, growth, and accomplishments of the graduating class.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Managing Director of all Edison schools, Dr. Aida Alshahri who delivered a powerful and visionary keynote address that highlighted the importance of education in shaping global citizens and emphasised the academy’s strategic commitment to excellence.
Her speech served not only as an inspiration to the students, but also as a declaration of the school’s mission in nurturing leaders of tomorrow.
The event also welcomed several senior citizens from Qatar, esteemed parents, and the entire IGCSE teaching staff, all of whom gathered to witness this proud moment.
The evening was marked by warmth, elegance, and unity. Every student was honoured individually with a special prize and a commemorative souvenir from the school — a gesture of recognition for their hard work and perseverance throughout the years.
