Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways has issued a warning to travellers about fake social media accounts impersonating the airline online.
The airline said that it has two official accounts - @QatarAirways and @QRSupport - both verified with a gold checkmark.
It advised individuals to always confirm the account handle before replying and to avoid clicking suspicious links from unknown accounts.
