The total value of real estate transactions in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice between February 28 to March 4, was QR450,746,790. The types of real estate traded included plots of land, houses, apartment buildings, residential complex, multi-use plots and commercial buildings. Most of the trading took place in the municipalities of Doha, Al Da’ayen, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Wakrah, and Al Shamal.
