The Ministry of Economy and Commerce will organise a workshop entitled “Importance of Trademarks for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)” next Sunday, within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness on promoting the protection and dissemination of intellectual property rights and to make the best use of them.
The workshop is scheduled to take place in the theatre of the Ministry in Lusail area from 9am to 12 noon. The Ministry called on investors, companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and intellectual property agents to attend the workshop which aims at raising awareness among investors about the importance of trademarks in their services and products and protecting them by registering them with the competent department of the Ministry.
