The Emir also issued Emiri Decision No. 44 of 2015, appointing Hadi Nasser Mansour Khalil Al Hajri as Qatar’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, the Emir issued Emiri Decision No. 45 of 2015, appointing Ahmed Saif Saif Khalaf Al Maadadi as Qatar’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Poland. The Emir also ratified Cabinet Decision No. 29 of 2015 on amending the organisation of some administrative units that form the Ministry of Energy and Industry and specifying their powers. The Emir ratified Cabinet Decision No. 30 of 2015 on the application of provisions of Law No. 24 of 2002 regarding retirement and pensions on Qatari employees of Sheikh Eid bin Muhammad Al Thani Charitable Association. The decision is operative as of the following day to its date of publishing in the official gazette.

DOHA: The primary health centre in Al Muntazah will be closed for two days due to maintenance work, according to the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC). The health centre will be closed today and tomorrow and resume to receive patients on Sunday. The PHCC also said that arrangements has been made for patients registered with the Al Muntazah health centre to seek treatment at Umm Ghuwalina health centre.
