Doha:  The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Transitional Military Council of the Republic of Chad Lt. Gen. Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
