Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Emiri Order No. 3 of 2017, assigning Minister of Justice H E Dr. Hassan Lahdan Saqr Al Mohannadi to assume the duties of the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs in addition to the duties of his post, and to annul Item 2 of Article 1 of Emiri Decision No. 4 of 2013. The order is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
