Combined value of Qatar’s weekly real estate transactions witnessed a decline during October 30 to November 3 despite a double-digit increase in the number of transactions implemented in different municipalities during the week.
According to Ezdan Holding’s latest weekly report, total value of transactions during the first week of November declined to QR502.5m from QR755.2m during the previous week, showing a decline of 33.5 percent.
While the total number of deals implemented during the week touched 92, showing an increase of 29.6 percent compared to 71 deals inked during the previous week.
