Doha, Qatar: Katara Cultural Village has announced the return of its flagship Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition (S’hail) for its 10th edition, set to take place from September 8 to 12, 2026.
In a statement posted on its official social media platforms yesterday, Katara invited enthusiasts of hunting, falconry, heritage and adventure to experience a renewed and distinctive edition of the popular event.
The exhibition will bring together leading exhibitors showcasing specialised products, equipment and services related to the outdoor lifestyle and traditional Qatari pursuits.
“S’hail returns for its 10th edition with a renewed and distinctive experience, bringing together enthusiasts of hunting, falconry, heritage, and adventure, alongside leading exhibitors showcasing outstanding specialised products and equipment,” Katara stated.
Held annually at Katara Cultural Village, the exhibition is widely regarded as one of the region’s premier gatherings for falconry and hunting enthusiasts.
Visitors can expect live falcon auctions and beauty contests, hands-on demonstrations of the latest hunting, camping and 4x4 gear, as well as competitions in falcon beauty, hood design and call-making. A dedicated heritage zone will celebrate Qatar’s rich falconry traditions, complemented by family-friendly activities, workshops and food courts.
General admission is free, with convenient on-site parking available. The event typically attracts tens of thousands of visitors, including high-spend outdoor enthusiasts, collectors and families, offering both cultural immersion and commercial opportunities for participating brands.
Organisers noted that registration for exhibitors remains open through the official website s-hail.qa. Companies specialising in hunting equipment, falconry supplies, outdoor gear, firearms and related services are encouraged to secure their booths.
On-site licensing support for firearms and live birds, a dedicated B2B matchmaking lounge and secure payment facilities will be available to facilitate trade.
The 10th edition comes as Qatar continues to promote its cultural heritage while fostering platforms that blend tradition with modern innovation.
