DOHA: The Commercial Bank has mandated BofA Merrill Lynch, Al Khaliji, Barclays, QNB Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and Wells Fargo as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Asia and Europe. The investor meet will begin today.
According to a regulatory filing to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), a benchmark five-year fixed rate US dollar-denominated senior unsecured S bond transaction under CBQ’s US$5bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme will follow, subject to market conditions.
