Doha: Ooredoo, pioneer of eSports in Qatar and the MENA region and founder of Ooredoo Nation – Gamers’ Land, has announced Channel 0, its channel dedicated to eSports and gaming, was the most viewed channel on Ooredoo tv in January 2022.
Ooredoo Arena PUBG: Mobile and Fortnite tournaments broke through viewership numbers and ranked as the most-watched events in January. Channel 0 on Ooredoo tv live-streams all Ooredoo Arena tournaments and shows all manner of entertainment related to eSports and gaming.
Ooredoo Nation – Gamers’ Land is Ooredoo’s own eSports brand, offering gamers a platform via which they can showcase their skills and connect with other gamers in Qatar and further afield. The best-performing players in its tournaments can secure a contract to play for the Ooredoo Professional eSports team.
