Doha Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Qatar, has announced the winners of Al Dana 6th Draw for 2019 at its head office recently in the presence of the bank’s senior officials and representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s Quality License and Market Control Department.
During the event, Doha Bank announced 65 winners as part of its Al Dana 6th Draw where K.A.M. Attia claimed the monthly prize of QR50,000, and J.M.A.K. Al Shibani won the savings plan cash prize of QR10,000. Each one of the remaining 31 winners took home a QR5000 cash prize. S.M.H.A. Al Kuwari also won a family staycation at Banana Island Resort under Al Dana Qatari Family Account. Qatari Family account is the bank’s latest addition to the Al Dana Product Suit where dedicated prizes are also awarded to Qatari families.
For the quarterly draws, 25 branch winners went home with QR5,000 each. As for senior citizens account, H.A.J. Al Kuwari and S.E. Al Juferi claimed the cash prize of QR10,000; while H. Sunil and H.R.A. Zadeh won the same amount for young savers account. N.A. Jaber and A.A. A Kalla claimed QR10,000 each for the ladies account.
In a press statement, Doha Bank said Al Dana is the best savings product in Qatar which offers the country’s biggest prize pool, biggest individual prize of QR2m, largest number of winners with monthly draws and a wide range of exciting prizes and dedicated prizes for senior citizens, ladies and young savers and account holders of Al Dana Savings Plan. “Al Dana prize draws are one of the many means we use at Doha Bank to reward our loyal customers for inspiring us to provide a platform that encourages spreading a strong savings culture across Qatar,” said Braik Al Marri, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Doha Bank.

To participate in Al Dana Draw, customers can transfer their salary to Doha Bank and maintain a balance of QR5000 or open an Al Dana account and maintain QR5,000 savings.
