Gaza: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,736 people, with 172,535 others wounded since Oct. 7, 2023.
Medical sources said on Saturday that hospitals across the enclave had received five bodies over the past 24 hours, including one recovered from beneath the rubble, in addition to 15 injured people.
The sources added that the total number of people killed since the ceasefire on Oct. 11 had risen to 850, while the number of wounded reached 2,433. They said that 770 bodies had also been recovered from under the debris.
The sources noted that many victims remain trapped beneath the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and rescue crews have so far been unable to reach them.
