Doha: Alfardan Premier Motors, the official retailer of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in Qatar, opened the country’s first state-of-the-art automobile 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) facility for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles at the Industrial Area in Doha recently.
Alfardan Group’s President and CEO, Omar Hussain Alfardan, inaugurated the newly renovated world class facility at a ceremony attended by officials from Alfardan Premier Motors and Jaguar Land Rover Mena.
Previously, only focusing on its after sales aspect, the facility now offers first class sales, service and spare parts solutions exclusively to Jaguar Land Rover customers, highlighting Alfardan Premier Motors’ relentless drive for service excellence.
Adhering to Jaguar Land Rover’s new ARCH retail standards, the facility’s ARCH implementation was distributed between the ground and mezzanine floors. The centre is also accredited as a certified body repair centre and approved aluminium specialist.

Keeping the customer front of mind, the centre also offers an active reception, a private ladies customer lounge as well as waiting lounges on both the ground and mezzanine levels with hospitality areas. By creating an inviting and upgraded multi-faceted space, the centre represents Jaguar Land Rover’s commitment to both its customers and community.

The newly renovated Jaguar Land Rover facility at the Industrial Area is now open from Saturday to Thursday from 7am to 7pm. Aside from the renovation and the service offerings, Alfardan Premier Motors also added enhanced customer experiences for the drop-off services and online service bookings.
