Tokyo: The Japanese government on Tuesday revised its assessment on the world's third largest economy's growth in the third quarter of this year to an annualized 1.0-percent in inflation-adjusted terms.
The growth in real gross domestic product corresponded to a 0.3-percent increase from the previous quarter, the Cabinet Office said.
In a preliminary report released November 16, the government said that the country's economy shrank an annualized real 0.8 percent in the reporting period.
