DOHA: Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced that its branches located at The Gate Mall, Dar Al Salam and City Center will open their doors, for customers’ convenience, starting the evening of the second day of Eid Al Adha break, which means Tuesday (September 13), providing cash services only.
They will then follow their regular opening hours, which for all three branches are from Saturday until Thursday 9am until 2:30pm and 3:30pm until 9pm and on Fridays from 4pm until 9pm.
Throughout the Eid holiday, customers can use QIB’s alternative channels to perform their daily banking needs by simply logging into their mobile and internet banking applications or calling QIB’s call centre at 4444 8444. For cash transactions, 170 QIB ATMs and Cash Deposit machines are spread across the country.
All QIB’s alternative channels services are available 24 hours, every day of the year.
After the Eid holiday, all 32 QIB branches will resume work as per their regular opening hours, providing the Bank’s comprehensive set of products and services, with all key branches offering morning and evening shifts for maximum customer convenience.
