Qatar Stars League (QSL) announced its decision to allocate ticket sales earnings from the two semi-final games of the Qatar Cup 2023 championship in support of those affected by the earthquake that struck both Syria and Turkiye.
The match will be held on Thursday, February 9, at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium at Al Sadd club.
This initiative comes as part of the QSL's Corporate Social Responsibility to contribute towards providing a helping hand to the earthquake victims, as it encourages all fans to participate by purchasing tickets and attend the games to support the initiative.
The QSL institution in its statement added its condolences to the families of the victims of the over their great loss, wishing a speedy recovery for all those injured.
