H E Minister of Commerce and Industry Ali bin Ahmad Al Kuwari met yesterday with HE Minister for Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Finland Ville Skinnari, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations and discussed aspects of joint cooperation, especially in the fields of trade, investment and industry, and ways of enhancing them in light of the friendly ties between the two countries.
The meeting highlighted the developments in the Qatari economy over the past years, and reviewed investment opportunities in all sectors, the legislation adopted by the State and the initiatives launched in support of the private sector in order to increase foreign direct investment and attract more Finnish companies to the Qatari market.
