DOHA: QIIB honoured a number of employees for their exceptional performance, during 2018. The event was held in the presence of Dr. Abdulbasit Ahmad Al Shaibei, CEO, QIIB.
Jamal Abdullah Al Jamal, Deputy CEO, handed over the certificates of appreciation to the employees in the presence of senior management executives and heads of various departments within the bank.
Ibrahim Mahmoud, Yousuf al-Saafin, Yehia Rayes and Ghaith Salloum, who work in the Bank’s customer service department, were the employees who were honoured for their dedication and commitment.
Al Jamal expressed his appreciation for the sincere efforts made by the employees honoured during the past year.
He said, “The bank is proud to employ some of the banking sector’s elites who are recognised for their competence and dedication.
“We are honouring only some of the employees and the fact remains we have indeed faced great difficulties in choosing the most distinguished among the distinguished”.
“Honouring dedication and devotion in work is an ongoing approach at QIIB. As we honour the Bank’s distinguished employees, we honour the institutional work founded on quality, loyalty, achievement and commitment to the values we have long advocated and represented for”.
The Deputy CEO pointed out that “honouring those who are diligent, distinguished and dedicated is a recognition of their efforts and an occasion to emphasise on the fact that the human being’s contribution during his professional career is a reflection of his beliefs, passion for work and compliance with the basic principles of society that promote diligence, excellence, hard work and commitment”.
QIIB pays great attention to human resources and ensures that all employees at all levels abide by the highest professional standards. The Bank has taken advantage of this policy by having a professionally competent staff cadre capable of performing its functions efficiently, as proven through its continuous growth and growth figures achieved by the bank since it was founded more than a quarter of a century ago. “
He noted, “The excellent work environment provided by QIIB to its staff has a good impact on achieving high rates of job satisfaction, loyalty, harmony and interaction between different levels, which we seek to strengthen constantly so as to serve the bank and its staff alike.”
The Deputy CEO appreciated the management of Al-Rayyan branch and the call center for ensuring quality service to the customers. Al Jamal called upon QIIB employees to put continuous efforts to make sure that they are taking the bank’s quality services into next level.
