Doha: The customs authorities foiled an attempt to smuggle prohibited drugs into Qatar through express mail. Methamphetamine crystals, weighing 1.118 kg, was found hidden inside a toaster.
“These seizures result from inspectors’ remarkable efforts, insights and high-level screening devices, which aids their job efficiency,” customs said in a statement.
