Doha: The Air Cargo & Private Airports succeeded in intercepting and seizing a narcotic smuggled shipment containing marijuana.
This was stated by the Qatar Customs in a social media post, adding that the 1.139 kg of marijuana was hidden in a machinery spare part.
The authority has been issuing a continuous warning to those attempting to carry illegal substances into the country.

Customs officers are provided with all means of support including the latest devices and continuous training to read the body language of passengers and to be aware of the latest methods followed by smugglers.
