Gold medal winners for Qatar on day one of the three-day GCC Athletics Championships for Men and Women at Khalifa Stadium in Doha yesterday. The opening ceremony was attended by Qatar Athletics Federation (QAF) President Dahlan Al Hamad. Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Vice-President Sheikh Saoud bin Ali Al Thani was also present.
