The total value of real estate transactions in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice between February 21 to 25, was QR469,867,514.
The types of real estate traded included plots of land, houses, apartment buildings, residential complex, multi-use plots and commercial buildings. Most of the trading took place in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Da’ayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dhakira and Al Shamal
