Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday paid an inspection visit to the water security mega strategic reservoirs project in Al Thumama.
DOHA: Following the visit of Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Kahramaa Corporation tweeted “We have been honoured today morning with the visit of Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani to the Water Security Strategic Project which is the backbone and key strategic pillar of water security in the State of Qatar.”
During his visit to the site of the project in Al Thumama area, the Prime Minister and Interior Minister witnessed the progress of work and outcomes which have been achieved, and ongoing efforts by Kahramaa Corporation to accomplish the project within the timetable and according to the plan under the siege imposed on the State of Qatar.
During his visit, Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani also toured different facilities of the project including one of the largest water reservoirs which is under final experiment before filling it with water.
