Doha: Most leading social media websites are down in Qatar, users reported. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram are facing outage in many parts of the world, which tech experts said as a global outage.
Twitter was available as of filing this report.
Social media users were rushing to Twitter to report the local outage and many were busy making meme about living without the social media accounts.
