Doha: Tech Projects LLC, ICT Consultants & Service Providers are planning to expand operations in Qatar and GCC by launching new service offerings and Business Applications. The QFC based firm, believes in the future growth potential of Qatar. The company was set up in Pakistan as a software firm in 2002 and established in Qatar in 2020.
Talking about the future expansion plans Waseem Shahzad Gondal, Director- Tech Projects LLC, said that the company has solid business plans for Qatar.
“In parallel with consultancy services to various industry verticals, Tech Projects LLC is going to launch own Business Application, like Car Rental Management System – One Centralized system to be used by all Car Rental companies and government agencies, one more App will be launched to compete with UBER / CAREEM with additional features and promotional schemes and benefits both for passenger and drivers. Both of them will be launched as Made in Qatar,” Waseem Shahzad Gondal told The Peninsula.
Tech Projects LLC provides several service including ICT Consultancy for Digital Transformation, IT Projects and System Audits, IT Project Management, Big Data Revolution, HR Consultancy, IT HR Management, IT Software Engineering Consultancy, Customized Application Planning & Development.
“We have a series of on-the-shelf applications and solutions dealing for the industries like Banking and Finance, Telecom, Trading and distribution, Manufacturer and tools catering IoT (Internet of Things),” said Waseem.
Commenting about the QFC, Waseem Shahzad Gondal said that his experience with QFC has been ‘amazing’, their quality of service is unmatched as the platform offers opportunities to grow along with freedom to do business as per our own plans,” said Waseem.
Waseem said that IT has been so deeply embedded in our lives that it has become inseparable part and became essential as water in the desert. IT has so much penetrated currently in all areas including dealing with COVID-19 challenge. We are in process of initial vaccination which may go further, has to be properly tracked and for keeping transparent, requires a smart and intelligent IT system for doing so,” Waseem Shahzad Gondal.
At the time when companies are trying their best to lower operational cost, he said that companies could reduce cost by adopting digital transformation and using proper IT system that can cater their requirements.
“Not only the cost that companies can reduce by using a suitable IT system, but the efforts and hassle can also be avoided. We take example of core systems of the industries like Banking, Telecom, Manufactures SME’s and more. None of them is possible to provide business without a smart and intelligent IT system that can efficiently serve all areas of the business. Same way an efficient system is always required to meet business requirements of small businesses effectively,” said Waseem.
“Moreover, for the top level decision making, a proper MIS (Management Information System) or BI (Business Intelligence) is required. Which normally extract data from the core business systems and provide management with comprehensive dash boards to take small to a high level decision making,” he added.
Tech Projects LLC is bullish on Qatar future growth and country’s IT sector holds significant promise in the years ahead. According to Waseem, adopting latest technology is the key to achieving high economic growth.
“As we all know, that Qatar growth rate is among the top most countries of the world. And without shifting to the latest technologies a country can miss her main objective. Qatar has proactively focused on IT in almost all areas knowing the importance. But at the same time we have seen that very few countries are aiming to become SMART in terms of technology implementation. Many industries are using robotic technologies, Qatar should also aim to be a role model by adopting such technology,” said Waseem.
According to Waseem, the corporations should focus on ‘The Right Hiring’ instead of just hiring. A company can’t achieve her goals without having right ‘Person’ for the right ‘Job’. At this stage I would say that even if you have very smart IT system in place, but if you don’t have proper employment and professionals you can’t achieve your goals. This area is highly sensitive, as sometime your company is over staffed, which also affects badly in achieving goals, so the right resource for the right job at the right time,” he added.
