Al Gharafa and Al Arabi set up the title clash after recording thrilling wins in their respective semi-finals. Al Gharafa booked their place in the final with a 78-73 victory against Al Wakrah.
Michael Andre Dixon sparkled for the winners with 26 points.
In the second semi-final yesterday, Al Arabi beat Al Ahli 81-77 with a strong show in the last two quarters at the same venue.
Al Ahli was leading 50-34 at the halfway mark, but Al Arabi came back strongly to advance.
