The Center for Strategic Studies inaugurated the Turkish-Gulf Defence and Security Forum, on the sidelines of the Istanbul Security Conference, which is currently being held in Istanbul.
The Directorate of Moral Guidance of the Ministry of Defence said in a statement today that the Turkish - Gulf Forum is the first specialised of its kind in the Middle East in military and security issues, which is the result of joint cooperation between the Center for Strategic Studies of the Qatari Armed Forces and the Turkish TASAM Centre. Brigadier General Dr. Hamad Al-Marri, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies, stressed the importance of this specialized forum, considering that it is the fruit of cooperation in the field of research between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey.
