DOHA: QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, organised a visit for Qatari students from Qatar Technical high school to take a tour around the IT Division.
The students were briefed on the functions of the division and had the opportunity to engage with IT staff to further their knowledge of the department and its scope of work. QNB conducted sessions and organized a tour for the students to take a closer look at the data center, servers and computer network.
The Group encourages school initiatives to understand QNB and its contribution to the State of Qatar, and support young students in pursuing careers that will serve their country. QNB is adamant on providing scholarships and employment opportunities in line with Qatar’s 2030 vision and to contribute to the educational sector and play an active role in the society.
