Doha: Barwa Real Estate Company subsidiary, Barwa Al-Sadd Co is buying 75 percent of Millennium Plaza Hotel and the Wellness Center located at Barwa Al-Sadd Development, from Katara Hospitality at a price of QR 501.6 million.
With this transaction, Barwa Al Sadd now fully owns the Millennium Plaza Hotel and the Wellness Center, where it had previously purchased 25 percent in June 2018.
Barwa also noted that there is no conflict of interests between the parties related to this transaction.
