Doha: DTZ Qatar, international real estate advisers, will be one of the sponsors of Doha Rugby Club’s (DRFC) 1st and 2nd XV, for the 2014-2015 season, the club announced here yesterday.
“We are delighted to sponsor the DRFC 1st and 2nd XV for this important season in the club’s development. The Rugby Club is an important part of the ex-pat and local community alike. Qatar prides itself on sporting development and it is important at both a community level and indeed physical wellness level that local teams get support from the business community” said Edd Brookes, General Manager of DTZ Qatar.
Doha 1st XV kicked off their season at home to Muscat with a resounding 69-0 victory.
