Doha: Commercial Bank has received five prestigious awards from Global Finance for the year of 2021 across both Consumer and Corporate Digital Banking award categories.
The awards for the Consumer Digital Banking Category for Qatar include ‘Best Mobile Banking App’, ‘Best Information Security and Fraud Management’, and ‘Best in Social Media Marketing & Services’. While the awards for the Corporate Digital Banking Category for Qatar were ‘Best Trade Finance Services’ and ‘Best Mobile Banking App’.
According to Global Finance, the winners’ selection process was led by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing. The editors of Global Finance were responsible for the final selection of all winners.
Commercial Bank’s Group Chief Executive Officer Joseph Abraham said: “These five awards reflect the strength and breadth of our best-in-class digital products and our strategy of investing in innovative technologies. These digital products and services are even more relevant for our clients given the impact of COVID-19 on face-to-face interactions. We will continue to introduce new digital innovations that enhance the experience of our customers”.
