The seventh annual forum of Anti-Doping Lab Qatar (ADLQ) will start today under the title "Anti-Doping in Humans and Animals: Parallels and Divergences."
Taking part in the forum, which has become an annual international platform for discussion on issues and developments of interest to this important and vital sector, will be a panel of prominent anti-doping personalities from around the world.
The Forum will be opened by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ADLQ, Dr Mohammed bin Ghanim Al Ali Al Maadheed .
The opening session will be addressed by Director General of the Racing and Equestrian Club, Nasser Sherida Al Kaabi and Senior Executive Director, Sciences, World Anti-Doping Agency Dr Olivier Rabin.
The two-day Forum's agenda includes a series of sessions attended by scientists from the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), its accredited laboratories, animal doping laboratories, members of the Association of Specialty Chemists, as well as scientists, experts and doping specialists from inside and outside Qatar.
The previous editions of the forum have achieved remarkable success that made the forum one of the most prominent global events that bring together experts.
