Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani has received a written message from Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Salahuddin Rabbani, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of developing them. The message was received by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi during his meeting with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Qatar, Faizullah Kakar, yesterday.
